Friday already???

Goodmorning my ladies:)) It is 7:30 am and my animals are fed, my kitchen is clean and the kids are up and getting ready for school:) It is 41 degrees out, I dont think the weather mans snow prediction is going to happen. I guess we will have to wait and see. No one from the Girlscout office has called to cancel Ave's trip so I'm assuming it is still on. I must remember to take my camera, I will put it in my purse now so I dont forget. Do any other stay at home mom's have a hard time spending money on themselves? I am struggling with allowing $114 to spent on me for the weight loss pills. Whenever I talk about going shopping, Im buying stuff for the household, not for myself. Although yesterday I did buy myself some Chrismas presents, spending a total of $45, wow. Did I mention that we dio get to go to the Nutcracker Ballet after all. I thought we wouldn't make it because the Christmas show my daughter is in at the church is the same evening. I have been told that it will end at 7 and the ballet starts at 7:30 so we will make it.
I didn't finish all my shopping yesterday, I need to go back to Costco ( I love Costco) and buy Justin's beer. I also need to go back to Target and get Katie ( Ians g-friend) a cute snow hat I saw last night but wasn't sure she would like it. I took a picture, she likes it. Then to the Honey Baked Ham store to buy a ham for Christmas dinner. Thats it. I have to order a box of cigars for Justin off the internet. Gas is 1.62 so I will put 20 bucks in the tank, that will fill it:))
Im having no luck with a new tenant, the people that were supposed to show yesterday never showed up. I need to pray, is it okay to pray for something like that. Im thinking it is. Oh, I ran out of clothing boxes for wrapping presents and I refuse to buy anymore so I used cereal, fruit bars and lipton soup boxes to wrap with:)) Have a good day:))

Good morning. Wow you have been busy. The only cleaning I have done so far is take a shower lol. I am lazy today. It is 46 here. I hope that your daughter is able to go for her trip.
Yay for the nutcracker. I am hoping to see a Christmas show this year at a church we have been visiting.
It is ok to pray for a new tenant :) God wants us to come to him with all needs. I am praying for you also.
I just read a frugal tip on the internet the other day saying to use food boxes. Good for you.
Have a wonderful day.

I have the hardest time spending money on myself. I have no problem spending for others though.

Great idea on the boxes....I ran out today and just used recycled gift bags from last year LOL.

The GS trip sounds fun. How long will you go for? Is it a camping trip? I'll be looking forward to seeing pictures.

Are those honey backed hams good? I've never tried one before. I usually bake my own ham and make a pineapple sauce to go with it.

Girl if you need cookware wait until tax time and get this. They say wal-mart has it,but I don't think it is the same. I mean it all has to be good so just be looking and you may get a good deal at tax time.

Good idea on using up boxes you have around the house to wrap gifts.

Hey Mrs.Ruiz

I go out to shop for myself all the time and end up coming home with something for The girl, the house, The boy or hubby and forget about me!
It's a mom thing!

The girlscout trip sound great. Are you going to get pictures?
I don't spend money on myself either. I would carry something around in the store, then after carrying it for awhile, I get second thoughts and put it back.

Regarding your question, yes, my dogs love the daycare children. They get along well with kids and adults, as they are all registered therapy dogs. But, i keep them separated from the kids, (I have the classroom for the kids),for liability reasons. Always best to be safe.
