Here is my Meatball recipe:

Chili-Day Meatballs
This recipe sounds a little strange (chili sauce and grape jelly?), but it tastes like burgundy sauce (only without the wine)
1 (12-oz) jar chili sauce
11-oz. jar grape jelly
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cube beef bouillon dissolved in 1/2 cup water
1 family meal-sized portion of freezer meatballs.
Whisk together chili sauce, grape jelly, lemon juice and bouillon, breaking up all clumps. Simmer on low heat until sauce starts to thicken. Add freezer meatballs; cook in sauce until meatballs are fully thawed and heated through. Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice or just eat alone.

I just notice this recipe doesn't mention the crock pot. After everything has been all mixed up and simmered on low heat for a few minutes I then dump the meatballs into my crock pot and then I add the sauce, stir, cover and cook on low. I normally put this on in the morning and let it cook on low most of the day or at least half of the day.

On that fall harvest cake, I don't think it would have to bake that long in two cake pans. My guess is time it for a normal cake, whats that like 30 minutes? If it's not done the check it often until done. I really don't know how that cakes going to turn out in those kinds of pans. I've only made it in a bundt pan.

Nice pictures of your daughter and nieces. Do you have any nephews or is it just girls in your family...besides your son of course.

I've made meatballs similar to those in the recipe posted by Shirla. I've also made it with those mini smoked sausages.
